We are seeking a Tax Compliance Specialist. Are you ready to advance your career? We are looking for someone dedicated to ensuring compliance with both global and local tax laws and regulations at the group level.

In this role, you will manage our tax obligations and minimize risks by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our business adheres to all relevant tax regulations and standards.

Qualifications

Your key responsibilities will include:

Monitoring global tax compliance for our subsidiaries in the US, UK, France, Germany, Poland, and Australia.
Supporting and following up on tax audits of group companies.
Assisting with financial audits and tax provision calculations.
Managing the VAT returns process and reconciling VAT accounts in our system.
Standardizing and maintaining transfer pricing documentation.
Serving as the primary point of contact for all tax-related inquiries and correspondence.

You will work with local external tax advisors who will provide support on local tax changes and regulation for each territory. You will manage these relationships and maintain clear records of the tax status for all our entities. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the Finance team. Experience in accounting or financial systems is a plus.
